Disappointing Stay - Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. The room I was allocated was old and run-down, with a very squeaky and uncomfortable bed. It felt like the room hadn’t been updated in ages, and the overall vibe was quite outdated. The bathroom was a particular letdown. The shower amenities were subpar—there was a missing door from the cabinet, which caused water to splash all over the place when showering. The tap for the bathtub had been removed entirely, leaving it completely unusable. The sink was also stained, which just added to the overall feeling of neglect. Overall, the stay was far from pleasant, and I would not recommend this hotel. This hotel needs to make some serious upgrades to their rooms and amenities.

Happy and clean

We have stayed here many times with easy gate parking out the back rooms always clean and front desk and staff always freindly. The locations is excellent with the tram almost straight out front. Will stay again

The location is good right across the road from free tram. Only 3 stations to Rundle Mall. Staff are courteous. However no exhaust in the toilet. Not senior citizens friendly-shower is in the bathtub therefore you need to step into the high bathtub to take the shower. There’s no railing around the bathtub for you to hold onto which is dangerous considering how slippery it could be when wet.

We were able to check in early which was super convenient for us. Fantastic service. Large clean rooms. Everything we needed for our short stay. Very dated & lots of wear & tear on walls/carpet (which didn’t personally bother us).
