Amazing staff, extremely helpful. always smiling and nothing seems to much trouble. This property is ideal for very young families but, not really for those with teenagers, as there is little for them to do and no entertainment at all for them.

Happy to recommend!
We had a lovely comfortable and spacious room with a sea view, that got the morning sun. Cleanliness was excellent throughout the hotel. The pool areas are lovely with plenty of sunbeds to relax in. The staff were pleasant & friendly at all times. The dining room is very pleasant and there was always a wonderful choice of interesting dishes available to suit all tastes.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Lovely food and excellent service in all areas. Very geared up to entertaining children so we were pleased we were in a quieter part of the hotel away from the noise! I would highly recommend this hotel and the Adeje area. The hotel was lovely and exceeded our expectations. It more than lived up to it's 5 stars. From the moment we drove up to the hotel we were greeted by name and welcomed at the barrier. Staff at check in served us prosecco and explained everything about the facilities, even to the extent of checking on food allergies and issuing a card to hand to restaurant staff so that they could advise The room was beautiful, clean, comfortable and spacious. A good sized bathroom with slippers and robes, huge bath sheets and nice toiletries. A proper coffee machine and water available. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable. All of the hotel areas were pristine and all staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet restaurant food was so good that we didn't bother to use the specialty restaurants. Every day the buffet was different and catered to all ages and tastes. The pools were clean, huge pool towels and lots of sun beds. Cocktails and alcoholic drinks were really reasonably priced. The whole experience was relaxed and safe. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful facilities. Great gymn, pools, and rooms. Fantastic view. Check in process is cumbersome and seems to take forever even though the staff is kind and helpful.

An amazing find
Had a short week away in Tenerife in this fantastic hotel. Everything was perfect from the food to the rooms and the very friendly staff who can’t do enough for you. One recommendation to increase revenue would be to have a QR code on each table by the pool so you could order drinks and maybe ice creams.
