This is an average hotel compared to other Holiday Inn stats I’ve previously booked. The room was not adequately stocked with towels or linens. They were provided when asked but was given a mattress cover instead of a comforter. I found used linens in the bottom of the closet and the mirror had hand prints from previous guests. The water pressure was terrible so the adjustable shower head only worked in one setting. There was no hot water to the bathroom sink. The check in staff didn’t know what time breakfast was served or check out time. The pool was very nice and clean and had plenty of pool towels available. The beds were very comfortable and the room size was larger than expected. Check out staff was super friendly and gracious. Overall, a decent experience.

Holiday Inn Ada was great, Hotels.com not so much… I reserved a room online and went to check in but showed no reservation under my name. I had a confirmation email and the transaction had hit my bank account. I ended up having to pay for the room a second time and didn’t receive my refund from Hotels.com for a week.

The rooms were clean but had an odor. We had to buy refresher to stay in it. The pool had water all over the floor and in the bathroom. Mold on the ceiling. Chlorine was strong. The staff was awesome, and the front desk service was awesome.
