Generally very good. It's right on the beach. The pool is of medium size and also with sea view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. In the restaurant I thought there could have been a little more value for money at breakfast time but the prices for lunch and dinner I thought were reasonable. The service at all times in the restaurant was excellent. I only tried the prawns for dinner but they were so good I had them three times in different ways! The rooms are big and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of places to put things and there was a fridge. Everything was very clean. The air conditioning in this hotel is individual and was new. I only have one negative comment. On Saturday night there seemed to be very few security staff on duty (compared to the rest of the week when I actually saw them passing front of my room) and a group of young guys decided to smoke, drink and chat in the passage way in front of the elevator at 3 am. The noise finally stopped at 4.30 am. It shouldn't be possible for people to be smoking inside the hotel. There are smoke detectors in the rooms which is why these guys were in the corridor I guess. The rest of the week everything was fine. I would strongly recommend this hotel on the whole and I hope to stay there again.

I have been going to this hotels for year and I am never disappointed. I love this place. The staff makes you feel like you are family. It is always clean. The hotel is small but right on the beach.

Everything was ok. Construction is not new but, it's ok fot the price. My only complain are the beds. They are really hard. My back was hurt after sleeping there the first night. I was glad my stay was only for two nights.

Great property. Feindly and very effitiant staff. Restaurant great menu, prices, dervice. Requested ocean veiw room did not get it. 4 days into stay receive partial oceanview for our 9 day stay. Traveled with group of 15. Only 1/3 of the group received oceanview. That was with a lot of persuasion at checkin. Pool Towels being checked out at the pool are a nightmare.

I had no problem with the Hotel at all, but I reserved 2 rooms for the 3 nights and I had one of the rooms reserved for only 2 nights so i had to pay at a different rate, I hope you have a solution for that

The staff is been there for a long time and they all treat guest as family the place is so exclusive and right on the beach the restaurant food is reasonable and great, the pool is always clean and of course the price was incredible, The rooms are a bit outdated but well kept.

Classic style - beautiful courtyard with 40+ year old trees.on the beach- easy access. Very good restaurant. ALL staff amazingly friendly and attentive. All this for an amazing price. Close to basic shopping but on main bus route to everything - 10 Pesos (50Cents US) to downtown. Stayed 12 days - loved it.
