Great bed, very clean, large room, kind staff, good breakfast. I will definitey book with Sleep Inn again. My only negative was a broken lock on an outside access door and a dirty smoking area littered with trash and beer bottles.

This is an older hotel. The rooms are in need of some updates, especially the carpeting. There is a distinct smell throughout the hotel, and while the rooms were cold with A/C, the hallways were HOT. The only exterior door I encountered in our 2 day sfay that worked was the front door. I noticed a coffee spill on the floor that I passed 4 times in a 5 hour period that didn't get cleaned until overnight. Positives were that the hotel was quiet. The beds were comfortable. The rooms and A/C were nice and cool. Breakfast has a lot of options and the woman tending to the continental breakfast was friendly and attentive.

My room was very dirty with pee stains on the blankets and they put me in another room with blood stains on the blankets and wall. I was so mad we pulled the blankets off and slept with our own blankets. Expedia didn’t care so I couldn’t complain to them so I just delt with it. This sleep in was gross.

To begin with, check-in is at 2. We arrived at 3:00 behind two ladies who had watched the clerk 15 minutes earlier walk past them to take her break before checking them in. I went and found that employee outside to let her know she had six people waiting for her by then. At check-in, we were asked to wait another 15 minutes bc our room wasn't ready. In my room, the toilet kept running, and the shower did not function properly. The pool was the worst. It was filthy and in disrepair. My husband and I always want to use the pool, but would not even get in that one. I also kicked and bruised my foot on a pipe that stuck up about 2 inches right beside the pool.

The property is nice, rooms were updated and vlean, good hotel to stay at as far as cleanliness, its right off the highway so access is easy. but we had circumstances change so we had to check out a day early and they ended up charging us 5 more times before it finally settle. was told the rooms would jump to 160ish a night because we checked out early, apparently, we had booked a 3 night discount and checked out after 2. then we got an email that states the rooms were 231. ended up paying 625 for 2 nights and still cant get a straight answer for why the high rate after we were told it would be half that.

Our stay was horrible--carpet in room was filthy, iron board stains with something white, stain on bathroom wall, asked housekeeping not to clean our room and they entered or room after we asked them not to, front desk staff sitting on the sofa, drinking coffee, while front desk phone was ringing

The bedding was all stained, hair left on the sinks. TVs are all out of whack. Carpet is tore up. One worker at the front desk seemed like she didn’t care at all. Shame on me, but she also smelled really bad. That isn’t a good reflection for this property, besides the cleanliness issue already. Highly do not recommend. The other employees were great, they shouldn’t have to be forced to work under these conditions of the owner neglecting the property. Also sounded like we were in an apartment. You could hear everything beside you, also above you. The shampoo and conditioner were also empty. The water wouldn’t get hot, and I found what look like shorts strings wrapped in the faucet. And side note, if you want to make coffee while you’re going number two, you have the coffee pot right next to you.
