When we arrived the property was sketchy and when I went to the front desk it was in poor condition. Went to the room and the door was opened and it looked as if someone had been sleeping in the bed. I didn’t feel safe and I was traveling with 3 other ladies. I would never stay here. I asked for a full refund because it was that bad.

There is nothing that I liked about this place. This is the most disgusting and filthy place I’ve seen. The room had not been cleaned in a very long time, the pool was beyond disgusting. The “clean” towels were yellow and there was food or something all over the walls. The bathtub did not drain. I will never stay at one of these motels again.

This is just a dirty property overall. My bed had stains on it, one of the bath towels was folded under the bathroom sink but wet on the bottom of it, toilet looked filthy, bathtub was dirty enough that I didn't feel comfortable taking a shower, and there was a roach on my bag when I was leaving. Keep in mind, I didn't even leave my stuff on the floor. Everything was elevated on dressers and nightstands yet the roach still managed to get to my bag. I have no desire to ever stay there again. On a positive note, the staff were at least friendly.

This places is a not what it looks like in pictures . They canceled my reservation and gave it to someone else never answered the phone before the cancelation and i called and called no one ever answered o ly to tell us when we got their we didn't have a room. The other party did stay here that also had a room which didnt get canceled and im glad you did cancel worst hotel i ever seen

Wash your hands

We stayed one night. Arrived late and the bed sheets were not clean. There were dirty towels in the restroom. If I wasn’t tired, I would not have stayed. The parking lot was full. I had my own disinfectant wipes so I had to clean the walls and toilet before we used the facilities.

Property was dirty, nasty, filthy. Ceiling had mold on them. When my employees got into their rooms, they immediately checked out after not given an option for a different room. Now, they do not want to give a refund for the room. I would not recommend staying here or dealing with them.

# Horrific conditions at the Baymont by Wyndham Abilene The Baymont by Wyndham Abilene is a horror show. There was no parking for handicap guests, and the entire property was covered in trash. The staff is very nice and helpful, so that’s the only good thing I can say about the place. The rest was just awful. Our room was dirty and the smell was unpleasant, and there were screws falling out of the door and dangling wires that were probably hanging by a thread. We are thankful that the staff was so nice and helpful. I would not recommend this hotel, and I hope that the management takes some action to fix these issues.
