Another excellent stay once I found the hotel. Please light large sign to provide location from 45 highway. It took me almost one hour to locate, and I was ready to check into another hotel or continue to Ft. worth. Nanc

Room was much smaller and looked nothing like the pictures. Rooms near us were packed with 10 plus adults being very loud. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Staff was very friendly but overall bad experience.

We've stayed there one weekend per year for many years. This time the service was bad, the first room we were in was filthy -- like no one cleaned the bathroom filthy -- and the noise of the air conditioning was deafening in both rooms. We will find another facility if we go back in the future.

Good for a quick overnight
Hotel was nice, no breakfast only coffee. Breakfast you have to order and the prices were pricey... dinner was also pricey. Rooms were small. Elevator was stretchy. On the olus it was close to the mall and great eating places.

Breakfast availability was very expensive and limited We reserved a handicapped room with a walk in shower which was not available when we checked in This was the reason we decided to stay there I feel like we were misleaded, and will never stay there again

The hotel looked fine and the reception area including the bar was excellent. However, they should not claim to have a restaurant in house because the only thing available was breakfast and it was all pre-cooked foods. No free buffet as most hotels provide. My wife and I are elderly but both are mobile and do not use wheel chairs, etc. Because we are more comfortable with safety bars and showers with easy access, we requested a handicapped room. As requested, we were provided a “handicapped room”. The room had only one chair in it and it was a desk chair. We requested an additional chair and was told by staff that they would try to find one. We did not get a an additional chair during our stay. Lighting in the room was at best marginal. It was impossible to see the microwave oven controls without a flashlight. The lighting in the bath room was poorly designed and there was not a light over the freestanding wash basin, making it very difficult to see images in the mirror above the basin. Overall this was not a satisfactory accommodation.
