I’m originally from Sweetwater which is 30mi west of Abilene and I now live in a major city. What I like about this hotel is that it doesn’t give hotel vibes but more as if you’re are staying in a home. Every one has always been friendly and polite and that’s what West Texas has always has been about.

This might be the better option for Abilene hotels
This was a very nice place to stay and relax. Rooms were in great condition, with very little in the way of issues that I seem to experience in most hotels. However, breakfast area could use a few more things to consider it a better level of breakfast. No hot tea options, only coffee (not everyone likes coffee), only one milk option, limited choice in juice selections, and real salsa, not the low-grade packets would be such a huge improvement.

Decent breakfast, seems like they just remodeled so everything is nice and clean and the price is amazing. Only thing missing was the gym is not in service yet.

Didn't like how the lady up front knocked on our doors to remind us check out is at 11 a.m. I'm a grown adult, I know when I have to be out! We still had 15 minutes to check out! She also was not up front to check us out when she was rushing us to leave at 11! They also had to move me to another room because my first room did not have a T.V. in it. Had I not said anything about it they would’ve kept me in that room 😕
