Have stayed here twice before but this time room was not up to the previous standard. No separate shower, very dated and shower over bath but more importantly very noisy. Loads of noise from outside and water pipes were banging etc. Didn’t sleep well at all !

Does the Job For An Overnighter

Is it the best hotel I've stayed in on my visits to Aberdeen? No. Does it do the job and is reasonable priced? Definately. Staff are attentive, rooms are big and clean but cleraly they are a bit tired and dated. The showers are 100% in need of an upgrade. Only major critcism was the lack of service availble after 11pm. I couldnt even get any water to take back to the room.

Shabby and not very customer focused.

The breakfast was very tasty and good quality. Bed was sloping towards the edge on left side so had to sleep on right. Floorboards really creaky. Radiator ticked all night like dripping tap. Only 3 plugs in room. None near a mirror so had to dry hair by muscle memory. Carpet stained. Decor old, bad taste and poor quality. 3pm check in inconvenient and unpopular with customers.

Think this room may be for workmen not suitable for women bathroom blind hanging off plugs in wrong place for boiling kettle as they were half up the wall and had to put chair to hold kettle not suitable at all

Room was very dated very old single pane windows that was painted shut and we couldn’t open, bed was comfortable , went to bar bought one drink was waiting a long time for barman to come back so we along with another couple gave up and headed back to our room

Decent room, clean and a good size. My room did not have a fridge and the hair dryer was not moveable and the cord did not reach to be able to use a mirror. The bed is comfy, the washroom is clean and a decent size. The floor in the main room is very creaky - apologies to whoever was below!
