Cleanliness was good. Unfortunately i wanted to dry my hair in the morning, only to discover that the only mirror was in the bathroom, and naturally only shaver sockets. No mirror to dry my hair, also no full length mirror. Receptionist did come and check the room and agreed that there was definitely no mirror and that she would speak to maintenance. On the previous evening we waited about 10 minutes for our drinks order to be taken, although the staff were not particularly busy, but chatting. When a waitress did finally come over, she had an attitude problem only accentuated by her body language. When the drinks arrived, all 3 were not as ordered, wrong wine, tap cola added instead of a bottle of coke as requested. At breakfast ordered 2 poached eggs, unfortunately the eggs took over 10 minutes to arrive , by which time I was well through my plate, then to find the yolks were not runny as expected was a let down. The rest of the breakfast was enjoyable. Some staff seemed very disinterested.

Too hot.

the hotel is well located for our needs and provides parking. the decor and bar area is nice. frodge iron tea provided in the room which is good. our biggest issue was the lack of ac in the room. the weather was decent at around 20 degrees but the room was absolutely boiling hot 24/7. there was a fan provided which we had to have on all the time and the window did open but even with that it was far too warm. i woyld hate to see what ot would be like mide july at 25 degrees.
