As per normal stay everything went as expected, friendly staff, quick and easy check-in, clean and tidy room with all amenities, no issues and an enjoyable stay.

Good Nights Sleep…But

We returned to our room late and the heating was stuck on 26 degC, required staff to switch system off. Complimentary water was offered. We unfortunately witnessed reception staff on check out being extremely rude to a guest trying to check in demanding he stood aside and to come back at 3pm, he only wanted to leave his bag in a secure location
