Great location, very central to everything, theatre, restaurants, bars, parking, staff were good, helpful at check-in, only issue was we had two young children with us & it was very noisy on floor 2 in early hours of morning & no sign of any hotel security or staff to quietenthings so we didn'tget the best of sleep.

The hotel was lovely , friendly staff the only issue was our room 415 we were woken up by work being done behind the hotel , drilling and banging which was really loud and not ideal when hoping for a good sleep

Rotten buffet
Buffet food is very little. Canned fruits used to put on the plates for customers are rotten, have bubbles and are mushy, which is not checked by the hotel. The room is very small for a family of four people, the price is for four people. Will not come back here again.

The breakfast was as expected, but didn't change from day to day. There was poor ventilation in the bathroom so there was mold on the ceiling of the bathroom. There was no conditioner so I had to go buy some, which was unexpected. Still a decent place to stay if you want no surprises and are on a budget to eat breakfast at the hotel.

Property was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Close enough to bus service so we were able to get around pretty easily. If you're going to Aberdeen and looking for a place to stay, give some serious thought to the Holiday Inn express! I'd stau there again without hesitation.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express. It is situated conveniently for town centre shopping and 5 minutes' walk will take you to Union Square Shopping Centre. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a really well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast was excellent. It is a treat to have decent orange juice and excellent, strong Americano coffee. Great choice of both cold and hot breakfast items. Staff were really helpful both at reception and in the restaurant. A great stay!

Convenient situation. We were in Aberdeen for the Art Fair which was within easy walking distance. Parking arrangements have changed since our last stay.
