Check in was horrible. No one was at the desk and no sign. Stood there for 30 minutes before we called and someone answered. The room was dirty and disgusting. We ended up having to leave a day early and we were told a refund for the last night was not possible. Very disappointing. We have stayed here before and it wasn’t like this.

Everything was fine until check in i noticed there lwas a $50 pet deposit i was told upon arrivingmy son had flown in from Colorado fo rhis birthdaySo i reserved a room with a view and elevator accessable i have a very hatd time with stIrs i use a walker i was told i would be moved to first floor no elevator only stairs your desk people seem my troubles i was having with stairs this is no ok and i will share my experience with your guests the front door would latch unless it was pushed on theres no chair or table to sit at only the beds no dresser for clthes not very comortable for 4 people Had to pay $19.95for broken dowbroken hot tubn I will not reutrn unless i get a 2 night comp a room with a view at that time i will change my review Teresa Rowley booking was for march 13th 14th 15th

It was really quiet. Very basic room. The room was missing a lot of paint above the back slider door, and there's baseboard heat in the room that's really loud. It woke us all up every time it turned back on. It was annoying. The hot tub is out of order and was a huge reason why we picked this hotel. There wasn't sitting about it being broke anywhere.

This is our favorite place to stay while on the coast. Superb staff, so friendly and helpful. Love the location, walking distance to the beach! Only issue we had was our room wasn’t warm enough. Only had a small wall heater and it was cranked.

Great Customer Service and Pet Friendly. That’s why I’m giving 5 starts. The room was ready for us on time, clean and convenient. They assigned to us a room in the first floor where we had access to a nice garden and park area without bothering the rest of the guess with my dog. We just had to open the sliding doors and got access to our car and were able to walk my dog. Again the room was convenient! We watched a couple of TV shows with their Roku TV system which was great. Hot water and heater working as expected. The location is just perfect, really close to the beach and we close to Westport town where we got some pizza and went to the grocery store. Of course we got the chance to explore the area and sleep in a warm bed.
