Fitted Sheets didn’t fit the bed, waking up at night having to try and get the sheets tucked back in. Asked for extra towels and didn’t receive any. As they only cleaned the room every other day, asked for extra coffee pods, got 2. Wasn’t a great stay especially with elevated weekend rates

Everything about the Best Western Plus in Aberdeen is great except that the floors/ceilings are ridiculously thin and all movements by guests directly above you are audible, even when they're trying to be quiet. I had the misfortune of having a rude family directly above me with kids running around loudly and seemingly jumping off of furniture all night until 2:00 in the morning. I finally called the desk and they promptly fixed the problem. But the lack of sound insulation is a negative. So try to book a room on the third floor.

Hotel is located in a nice and quiet area. Room was clean. beds were comfortable. Complimentary Breakfast was good. Front desk staffs were very polite. enjoyed the stay.

We always stay here when we visit Aberdeen. It is conveniently located and always clean and comfortable. They serve a pretty decent breakfast as well.

Hotel is next to railroad tracks. Trains come through and blow their whistle at all hours. Some unsavory people hanging out by the tracks. Breakfast was less than satisfactory.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I wish they had told me they had laundry on site as we could have utilized it. I found out when I was checking out.

Bed and bathroom were pretty clean other than some stains on the bed skirt and carpet that I don’t want to think too much about. I should have done more research on the area before booking here. We were fine but I would not have felt very safe being outside after dark. Weird vibe in run-down area.
