Not a good stay.
Booked all inclusive but they did not honor the booking. All inclusive to this hotel was a breakfast of bread, eggs and cheese only.
Hotel was under repair, but still nothing worked.
I would never recommend this hotel.

Posted Nov 24, 2020 on HotelsGumbet is like a ghost town at the moment. No bars, restaurants or many shops even. Only supermarkets and the odd takeaway (even before lockdown measures)
Hotel is shabby, nothing like the pictures and deserted. Even the door wouldnt close properly. Only stopped 1 night of 7

Posted Sep 2, 2020 on HotelsFirst room we were given but not good at all broken air con broken tiles on floor and shower door hanging off and no big light Working but quickly we said no the next day and they moved us to a room we were happy with.. food was okay u could get something . The all inclusive drinks only consist of vodka gin wine and beer and soft drinks don’t expect anything else lol but staff are lovely and would do anything they can for you

I had a fabulous stay at the hotel. All the staff were very attentive, and friendly. The food was very tasty and was offered in different variety. The facility was very clean. The Receptionist Yucel was very understanding to our needs and very helpful. Would definitely stay again!.

Pros: This hotel is clean, close to all the shops and the beach.
Cons: The staffs English and the building decor could be improved.
Location: This Hotel is close to all the shops and the beach. A lot of restaurants to choose from.
The Nova Apart Hotel is very clean but the decor needed updating. The air- con worked when it felt like it and the TV decided to stop working on a few occasions.
The WIFI was free but didn't work most of the time, apart from all of the above the staff was pleasant and help full even though they couldn't speak much English.
