The property has recently been temporarily closed. We had driven from out of state for a college football game weekend where hotel rooms are hard to come by. We had no notice until we got to the parking lot and saw no cars and only a sign that they were temporarily closed with doors locked and no one on the premises. I have filed a claim with my credit card to get my money back for a booked stay that could not be honored. Horrible experience.

Booked a room for multiple nights on Expedia months in advance AND paid for travel insurance, got confirmation emails. We called hotel on day of to confirm we'd be in town late, phone went to voicemail. Called main Days Inn scheduling number and they said no problems. Late that night on our scheduled check-in day we showed up at the hotel... to find it CLOSED and under renovation! We had to scramble at midnight to book an expensive alternative. Days Inn people took no responsibility and said it was Expedia's fault. Expedia promised a refund but said it would take weeks. Ridiculous. We will not stay at Days Inns again, nor will we use Expedia again.

The hotel is is non operational and is closed for more than a month. The most surprisingly it was still listed on Expedia. I booked, and ended up with no hotel when i reached there. I had no other choice except to to get a hotel for almost 400$ per night that too after walk-in to at least 3 hotels before I got this.This wasn’t expected from such big company like Expedia with such high status. Expedia needs to accept and take the responsibility of all this nonsense and trust me I won’t leave you guys walk away just like that. It was an an important event for my family because we were dropping off our son to his new college.

Worst ever experience at Days Inn
Posted Aug 13, 2023 on HotelsHotel was closed when we got there. No notification that it was closed. At least hotels.com found me another hotel very quickly. Charged twice and still waiting for refund.

It was bad experience
Posted Jul 10, 2023 on HotelsWell check-in time started at 3 pm we were down that way around 2 pm so we went and found stuff to do to wait we goit there about 8:20 pm and was told it would be 30 min or so there was no room ready just over a hour later finally got a diff room they had just cleaned for someone else I guess who got tired of waiting

Walls and ceilings falling apart, bathtub knobs gross and falling off. Rusted and broken metal strips on outside stairs, old mattresses and demolition materials in parking lot, only muffins for advertised free breakfast. Will not use this hotel chain again, feel I should get a discount on next booking for false advertisement.
